A travel booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking amount or advance payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Saffron Route Tour & Travels. Availability of hotels, vehicles, activities and other services is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
A quotation or itinerary shared before confirmation is subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed.
Package prices are based on the services, dates, number of travellers and inclusions specified in the quotation. Prices may change before confirmation due to changes in hotel availability, transportation costs, taxes, government charges or other service-related costs.
Any balance payment must be made within the timeline communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments within the specified period may result in cancellation or modification of the booking.
Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation date, the services booked and the cancellation policies of the hotels, transport providers, activity operators and other suppliers involved in the itinerary.
Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after applicable supplier cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts and other legitimate deductions have been determined.
The cancellation terms stated on the applicable quotation, invoice or booking confirmation will take precedence for that particular booking.
Saffron Route Tour & Travels may need to modify an itinerary because of weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety considerations, operational requirements, supplier availability or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will offer an alternative arrangement of comparable nature. Any additional cost arising from a traveller-requested change may be payable by the traveller.
Hotel names and categories are based on the booking confirmation. Check-in and check-out times are determined by the respective property. Early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, special meals and other additional services are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Transportation is provided according to the vehicle type and itinerary specified in the confirmed booking. Vehicle availability and permitted routes may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, local regulations and other operational factors.
Travellers are responsible for keeping personal belongings secure while travelling. Saffron Route Tour & Travels is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings caused by the traveller's own negligence.
Kashmir travel can be affected by weather, snowfall, landslides, road closures, traffic restrictions and other conditions. Events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require changes or cancellation of services.
In such circumstances, arrangements will be handled as reasonably as possible based on the policies and refunds available from the relevant service providers.
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, contact details, travel dates and other information required for their booking. Travellers must carry valid identification and any permits or documents required for the services included in their itinerary.
Travellers must comply with applicable laws, local rules, hotel policies and safety instructions throughout the trip.
Adventure activities, sightseeing activities and seasonal services may involve inherent risks and may be subject to weather, age, health, safety and operator requirements. Travellers must follow the instructions of the relevant activity provider and disclose any relevant limitation that may affect safe participation.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid identity documents, permits, tickets and any other documents required for their journey. Saffron Route Tour & Travels is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect, expired or missing traveller documents.
Travel packages may include services supplied by independent hotels, transport operators, restaurants, activity providers and other third parties. Their individual terms, operational conditions and cancellation policies may apply to those services.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and useful. However, photographs, descriptions, availability, prices and other information may change without prior notice. The final confirmed quotation or booking confirmation will determine the services applicable to a booking.
Information provided by travellers may be used for processing enquiries, bookings, payments, transportation, accommodation and customer support. We may communicate with travellers through phone, email or messaging services regarding their booking and travel arrangements.
Saffron Route Tour & Travels will make reasonable efforts to coordinate the services included in a confirmed booking. However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses or additional expenses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by the acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers, subject to applicable law.
If you experience an issue during your trip, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to assist and, where possible, resolve the issue while the service is being provided.
Saffron Route Tour & Travels may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on this website will apply to future enquiries and bookings, subject to the terms specifically agreed for an existing confirmed booking.
